Oxford PlasmaPro 100 PECVD system is available for depositing Silicon Oxides, Silicon Nitrides, and Silicon oxi-nitrides. The 13.56 MHz and 380 kHz RF generators can be independently controlled to engineer desired layer stress. This tool can deposit on small samples through 150mm wafers.
