Lesker Clean Metals E-Beam Evaporator

Lesker Clean Metals E-Beam Evaporator is available for automated evaporation of Au, Pt, Ti, Ge, and Ni. These sources are provided by HMNTL and charged to the user. This tool also features two thermal evaporation sources that users can provide their own metal and boat to use after approval. Samples are mounted with Kapton tape or metal clips to a 10 inch holder.
